We do not accept any returns or exchanges unless piece is damaged or defected.
Drop us an email within 48 hours of delivery at info@geleriya.store, letting us know about reason of your return.
Returns have to be delivered (by trackable courier) back to us within 5 to 7 days of receiving your order.
Items have to be returned in unworn condition with tags on. Garments with any body odor or perfumed scents will not be accepted back.
Once the return shipment is received, we will either issue a credit code or provide you an exchange with an item of your choice. Wedo not offer refunds.
Credit Codes issued are valid for 6 months and can be redeemed directly on our website.
Please note, Geleriya.store reserves the final right to refuse or accept a return or exchange.
Shipping
Orders are shipped within 3-7 days and delivery timeline within 7 agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Duplicate Payments
In case of duplicate payments for the same order, we refund the payment amount (less of any payment gateway transaction charges if any) within 15 business days.
